Pilates

This class uses mats and light equipment to help women strengthen, breathe efficiently, balance their mind-body connection, and lengthen and improve their flexibility.

This class is for a small group of 6 - 8 women, in our Howick based private studio.​​

Beach Camp

These sweaty sessions are fun, social, and inspiring!

​

Run from Cockle Bay beach (or wet weather backup!), with a limited number of women, to ensure everyone receives personalised care and support.

​

A variety of workouts, suitable for beginners upwards.
