For nearly two decades, So Inspired Fitness has helped East Auckland women build long-term strength, energy and wellbeing through personalised Pilates and small-group training.
Led by Master Trainer and Pilates Coach Sarah Parry, sessions blend Reformer Pilates, functional strength training and VIIT (Varied Intensity Interval Training) to help you feel stronger, healthier and more confident in your body. With a boutique home studio, Reformer equipment, kettlebells, cable weights, boxing gear and more, every workout is designed to meet you exactly where you’re at.

So Inspired Fitness is more than a workout. You’ll train alongside like-minded East Auckland women who want to feel their best, support each other, and prioritise their wellbeing.
Sessions are held at Cockle Bay Beach, Shelly Park Primary (under cover for wet-weather), or in Sarah’s private home studio. Miss a session? Virtual options are included, so you never lose momentum.

Meet Sarah

Kia Ora and welcome, I'm Sarah Parry, a busy wife and Mum of two sons, and I've run my small local business since 2007.
I am a qualified Master Personal Trainer with The Australian Institute of Fitness and Pilates Reformer and Mat Pilates Instructor with internationally recognised STOTT Pilates.
I love the outdoors and helping people enhance their health and wellness through body movement and a full wrap-around approach using nutrition as our medicine.
