Pilates

Strengthen and streamline your whole body while avoiding impact on the joins and protecting your back, knees and injuries. Your posture and core stability is my primary focus. I am trained with 14years experience in Pilates and Rehabilitation. I help you strengthen, breath efficiently, balance you mind body connection, lengthen and improve your flexibility. Every Pilates class is a mixed level so that you feel included and safe to work at your own pace. 

I take various groups on the Mat + light equipment and, Reformer + large equipment,

Personal 1-2-1 Pilates in my gorgeous private studio. 

I create a warm and welcoming environment where we have fun while caring for our bodies and reach for our wellness dreams.
