Strengthen and streamline your whole body while avoiding impact on the joins and protecting your back, knees and injuries. Your posture and core stability is my primary focus. I am trained with 12years experience in Pilates and Rehabilitation. I help you strengthen, breath efficiently, balance you mind body connection, lengthen and improve your flexibility. Every Pilates class is a mixed level so that you feel included and safe to work at your own pace. 

I take various groups on the mat, light equipment, reformer and large equipment,
