So Inspired Fitness (est 2007), enables Howick women and mums to refine and enhance long-term health, through a bespoke combination of exercise, nutrition, positive attitude and lifestyle strategies.
As part of the So Inspired Crew in Howick, you will thrive from our fun and welcoming beach / private boutique studio settings. All sessions are available in person, online and recordings if you miss out. You will enjoy our friendly presence, on-going support, fitness and healthy eating challenges and encouragement from Sarah Parry, Master Trainer and Pilates Coach, as well as your fellow So Inspired Crew members.
Kia Ora and welcome to So Inspired Fitness! I am Sarah Parry a qualified Master Personal Trainer with The Australian Institute of Fitness and Pilates Instructor with internationally recognised STOTT Pilates.
So Inspired Fitness is a community of East Auckland women, most of whom are mums, who strive to support each other through their fitness and wellness dreams. We often train at the beautiful Cockle Bay beach, or at my boutique home studio, I have a Pilates reformer machine and Pilates equipment, kettle bells, boxing bag and cable weights just to mention a few. Combined with a talent for VIIT (varied intensity interval training) programme design to help you achieve the strong and healthy body you deserve.
I am also trained in Pre/post natal Pilates, Posture realignment, Advanced level Pilates, Rehabilitation, Knee / Back lumbo-pelvic stability function. World class education and injury safe methodology are my forte. I offer an effective Revival clean eating nutrition and lifestyle enhancing system to help you with achieving your fitness dream!
